Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator

Alexandra (Lexie) Neff is a passionate safety professional dedicated to creating healthy and secure environments for both students and staff. With over seven years of experience in EHS, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Lexie has overseen all aspects of EHS compliance, from emergency management to OSHA to RCRA. Her experience extends to training and development, having designed and delivered safety programs for employees of all levels. She is skilled at simplifying complex regulations and creating engaging learning experiences that empower staff to take an active role in safety.

Lexie holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Certified Playground Safety Inspector, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene. Lexie actively participates in safety organizations like the Minnesota Safety Council, Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA), and MASMS. This ongoing engagement allows her to keep up on the latest regulations and trends in safety and health.
