Audrey Cruz

Audrey Cruz is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in work-based learning, career and technical education, program development, and scaling educational initiatives. In her current role, Audrey works at Vector Solutions, where she leverages her extensive expertise in strategic program development and systems improvement.

Audrey began her career at the intersection of education and workforce development in Washington, DC, working in award-winning nonprofits and some of the city’s most challenging schools. She was pivotal in launching and managing work-based learning and career readiness programs to significantly improve high school graduation rates, post-secondary persistence, and workforce entry. From these foundational experiences, Audrey subsequently consulted with nationally recognized nonprofits and government agencies to scale and enhance Career & Post-Secondary Readiness programs through evidence-based practices and sustainable engagement strategies, partnering with schools and businesses to support student success.

Throughout her career, Audrey has been dedicated to improving processes, systems, and outcomes for educational and workforce development programs through collaboration and innovation. Her work is grounded in the belief that experiential learning is key to preparing students for the evolving demands of the workforce.
