Track by Vial and Other Enhancements to TargetSolutions Check It™ Mobile App

Departments using the TargetSolutions Check It™ system can easily streamline inspections for vehicles, equipment, medical supplies, controlled substances and more. With convenience and accuracy in mind, new enhancements to the TargetSolutions Check It™ mobile application means even faster, more user-friendly features.

This complete revamp of the mobile app includes the ability to track by vial for controlled substances, greater search functionality, new fuel log fields and more.

Track Controlled Substances by Vial

In this latest system enhancement, departments can now track controlled substances by vial using the mobile app. By tracking by vial, agencies can better oversee each unit of a controlled substance vs. tracking by lot number alone. Use the mobile app to perform usages or drug box checks or monitor where a vial or lot is located.

Tracking by vial helps keep things from falling through the cracks and allows agencies to quickly identify any issues or discrepancies.

Equipment Pool Links

• Personnel can now access links and files in equipment pools from the mobile app. Agencies can include instructions, station notes and other information relevant to equipment inspections.

Discard Counts

• If an apparatus inspection is started but can’t be completed, it can now be discarded. This lets a new inspection to be completely restarted at another time and avoids an incomplete inspection to be left open as pending.

New Fields for Fuel Logs

• When documenting a refuel, fuel logs in the application can now record the fuel type and location. This makes it easier for personnel to record fuel ups from the field and ensure standards are met.
