Bill started his career as a project specialist and has designed and built many mechanical systems. Bill spent a large part of his career as a plant engineer for several large corporations. As a plant engineer, Bill was responsible for all mechanical and electrical systems within the facilities he maintained. Bill has done a fair amount of test development work for CBA and is very meticulous in researching his subjects.
