Florida Workers’ Compensation Law (V16)

Accidents can happen anywhere, even at work. That’s why every state in the country, including Florida, has some form of workers’ compensation program. It is very important for all employers and employees to know what the law states, and how it relates to them. This course focuses on coverage, construction related exemptions, and other specific construction concerns.
