Evidence-Based Professional Development for Paraprofessionals
This Paraprofessional Professional Development Plan is shared with permission from Prince George’s County Public Schools.
Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) has been utilizing Vector Training since 2017. After seeing the value of our online staff safety training, the district added our Inclusive Instruction and Interventions course library to its subscription to deliver evidence-based professional development to all staff, including paraprofessionals.
This sample training plan consists of our Inclusive Instruction and Interventions courses that PGCPS identified as required or optional for paraprofessionals and ISEAs who work with students with disabilities for the 2021-2022 school year.
